Lolli's Terms & Conditions

1. Desserts should be fine if kept out of the fridge for 2 hours if the weather is not hot and there is no direct sunlight on them.
2. If desserts will be kept for more than 2 hours they are better to be kept in an air conditioned room especially if they have 3d figures and should NOT be stored in the fridge or else the 3d figures will fall off/melt when they are out. 
3. Store in fridge ONLY if kept overnight. 
4. We recommend delivering items right before they are used as we deliver them in special desserts cars with the recommended temperature.
5. The order will be delivered in the time slot you pick when checking out So please make sure to be available within the chosen slot. 
6. When the product is received, please open the packaging and check it once you get it and before the driver leaves.If there is any damage please take a picture and send it to us right away or hand it back to the driver and contact us on 0109 9323273 Or through Facebook or instagram
